Your new role

As a Chief Risk Officer, you are responsible to manage and lead the group’s risk management department to ensure smooth operations. You will develop, implement and update relevant risk management policies and ensure the risk policies are up to date. Not only that, you will ensure the risk management function’s involvement in the business planning cycle and its compatibility with its risk appetite. You will plan for the staff manpower, training and development to ensure the employees possess sufficient risk knowledge and experience.

What you'll need to succeed

To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

• Minimum 10 years of risk management experience within Financial Services
• Strong Financial Risk Management background will be an added advantage
• Relevant professional qualifications in Risk Management would be preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills
