You’ll be working for a reputable MNC Software Solutions Company who is looking for a Channel Partner Manager to be based in Klang Valley. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors.

Your new role
You will be reporting to the Business Development Director. Your responsibilities would consist of:

• Developing frameworks for operating a partnership.
• Creating a well-designed sales process for our partners to duplicate and for us to evaluate and change.
• Attain a competitive commission structure by working with the product leads and management.
• Training and educational materials for partners in the form of pre- and post-sales.

What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

• Working knowledge of running, creating, or designing a reseller program (also known as an indirect sales division) or channel business partner program.
• A minimum of three years of experience in software sales with a strong track record in solution selling and/or channel management.
• The capacity to take the long view and collaborate with both internal and external teams and stakeholders.
• The capacity to gather, analyse, and report data in order to create insights and convey them to the team.
