An emerging financial services is looking for a Business Development Executive (Japanese speaker) to join their Japan team in developing market share across APAC region. With the vision to dominate the market, they are looking for a passionate talent who has interest in sales within financial services industry to join their global team.

Your new role
As a Business Development executive, you'll be actively in engaging different partners in running campaigns, business development strategies (no cold calling involved). You'll actively engage the potential prospects by maintaining a good relationships and turn them into opportunities. Guidance and training will be provided to support your career success in this role.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proficiency in Japanese (spoken & written) & English
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, business development field.
• Capable to work independently without much guidance, good working attitude.
• Experience in sales within the financial industry would be an added advantage (with higher salary offer)
