Business Development role, to lead and manage the department to build and develop new business solutions.

Your new role
Work closely with partners in developing long term strategic business development goals for the firm
Assist in generating new and maintain current business relationships
Promote and improve the firm’s visibility and presence through local and international network, and social media
Manage the firms’ marketing communication activities, events, webinars, and conferences
Coordinate and manage the firm’s award submissions, tenders, and proposals
What you'll need to succeed
Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
Excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch
At least 7 years of related experience 3 of which must have been in a lead role
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
