This insurance brokers company is famous for its broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions. Due to market growth, the company requires a hand-on Broking Manager under Employee Benefits to join its global dynamic business

YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be given a portfolio of existing client to service and responsible to increase the renewal rate under Employee Benefits, Broking Department. You will also be counted on to expand existing portfolio through giving risk consultation to the clients

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• At least 3 - 5 years of Client Management related experience from Insurance Brokers/ Direct Insurer
• Familiar with Employee Benefits insurance is a must
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
