Your new role
  • To successfully maintain assigned ledger of accounts and to provide a high level of customer service to both external and internal stakeholders to achieve departmental collection targets
  • To be responsible for accounts receivable and the timely preparation of reporting
  • To assist with the preparation of management accounts and financial accounts
  • Maintain debtor ledger accounts, ensuring all credit transfers and journals are completed in a timely manner
  • Responsible for the collection of main management and financial accounting records
  • Work to reduce debtor days and meet daily call requirements
  • Assist with the allocation of funds
  • Liaise with relevant consultants regarding overdue invoices as and when required
  • Deal with external stakeholders and take necessary course of action to solve problems, including but not limited to overdue payment requisitions and enquiries in relation to the invoices
  • Deal with Regional Directors/Country Heads, operational and finance teams across the region effectively and professionally
  • Escalate inaccurate or outstanding accounts according to the escalation scheme as and when required
  • Responsible for the preparation of cash inflow forecast

What you'll need to succeed
  • English and Thai language skills are required as the role will support the relevant country
  • 2 - 3 years in billing and credit control function
  • Solid accounting skills
  • Understanding of taxation
  • Knowledge of Dynamic GP and FRX reporting is preferred
  • Meticulous and pays attention to details
  • Independent and possess the ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Work effectively with finance team to deliver team objectives
