Your new role
Your responsibilities would consist of:
- You are to keep watch of the performance of B2B channels and determine necessary actions required to enhance performance.
- Ensure effective liaison with Marketing, Customer Care & Service and B2C to deliver a consistent omnichannel consumer experience and facilitate an effective Customer feedback loop
- Detect commercial opportunities within the market to create sustainable growth for the B2B channels.
- Make suitable amendments to budget of departments accordingly.
- Identify and retain potential talent, further developing their skills by implementing suitable training activities.
What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

- Has at least 8 years in B2B Sales, while successfully hitting targeted KPIs as well as 5 years experience of a managing role.
- Proven track record of success in multiple sales roles.
- Strong Public Relations skills catering to the Hospitality background and luxury goods.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and provide positive influence to people
