As a key member of the team, you are responsible to drive and coordinate Climate Risk management activities within the organization. You will implement Climate Risk / ESG related frameworks and policies and conduct gap analysis on the topic. Not only that, you will develop action plans related to Climate Risk / ESG and to also increase risk awareness in the organization.

To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

• At least 10 years of experience in Risk Management / Banking / Climate risk / ESG / Sustainability
• Experience in financial services would be very much preferred
• Strong passion in Climate Risk / ESG / Sustainability
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
