Your new role
You will be reporting to the Head of Unit, while fully accountable for the Learning & Development pillar. This role will be mainly spearheading the entire group L&D, Employee Engagement, Communications, Quality Management & Leadership Engagement. Ideally, Talent Management is part of this portfolio but the main focus is more on L&D and Employee Engagement first. This ideal candidate must possess the passion as this role is more towards strategic planning and people orientation.
