You’ll be working for a reputable multinational company Healthcare Global Shared Service as Associate, HR Service Centre (Vietnamese Speaking) based in Selangor.
Your new role
Working as part of a vibrant HR Service Centre team you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
What you'll need to succeed
- Respond to service query and request with timely, accurate and professional replies.
- Resolve or escalate request based on established resources.
- Work with sense of urgency and efficiently.
- Good customer service attitude and good communication skills.
Good spoken/written English and Vietnamese is a MUST. About 1 to 4 years experience in Customer Service or Servicing experience, with an eagerness to learn and develop your HR knowledge and experience. It is essential you are a team player who an also work on their own initiative. This position is open to Malaysian and expats currently based in Malaysia. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
