Your new role

• As an integral part of the team, you job responsibilities include contract administration relating to disputes and claims under construction contracts.
• As a specialist in the industry, you will also be assisting a quantum or delay expert or acting as a testifying quantum or delay expert witness in arbitration, litigation or adjudication proceedings.
• You’ll be required to Analysis of claims received from contractors/sub-contractors on behalf of Employers / Owners

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 15 years of relevant working experience within the Quantity Surveying space, with strong prior involvement in dispute resolution between parties.
• A Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar is vital to succeed in your application for this role. Knowledge of the interpretation of construction contracts is an added advantage.
• An excellent command of spoken and written English language and the ability to lead a team or work independently in delivering assignments within tight timescales and budgets is a strong asset to have.
