Associate Director (Client Delivery)

A global background screening company is currently looking out for an Associate Director to join their team

Your new company
You’ll be working for a reputable global identity and background screening company based in Malaysia. This fast paced and award-winning company promises an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field.

Your new role
You will be reporting to the Vice President of the Client Delivery division. Your responsibilities would consist of:
  • Leading and overseeing the client case management team and ensuring excellent delivery on all service level agreements
  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Identify customer needs and adhering to all compliance requirements
  • Thorough analyzation of new markets and emerging trends and recommendations
  • Adhering to all compliance and SLA requirements
  • Ensure all new clients are onboarded
  • Lead and manage team as well as promote professional growth within the team
  • Meticulous in meeting deadline
  • Review customer feedback effectively to improve services
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the higher management


What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experiences in BPO environment
  • A recognised bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent command of written and spoken in English
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player and proven track record in leading client delivery team
  • Able to adapt well in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of data privacy principle / data protection
  • Strong customer service and comes with project management experience
  • Possess a positive attitude and ability to adapt to transformation
  • Advance computer literacy in Microsoft Office
