Your new company
You will be joining a multinational company in the intralogistics industry. In line with their business expansion plan, they are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who can optimize their warehouse operations.

Your new role
You will be required to oversee the warehouse operations which include daily inspection of warehouse grounds. You will need to track receipt and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials. You will have to ensure best practices of warehouse maintenance are applied and in compliance with health and safety regulations. You will strategically manage, review and report on warehouse productivity. You will have to prepare any necessary documentation, maintain proper records and able to report any relevant information. It will also be necessary for you to communicate and coordinate with other relevant departments to ensure effective operation workflow.

What you'll need to succeed
Key requirements:

• Diploma/ degree with extensive experience in logistics or relevant industry
• Strong working knowledge in warehouse operations including Logistics processes
• Solid time management and delegation skills
• Proven leadership experience in leading a warehouse team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software will be an added advantage
