An Assistant Manager/Manager, Secretarial role in KL for a shared service centre.
Your new company
This company is a well established shared service centre in Malaysia servicing clients from various jurisdictions. They are currently expanding their corporate secretarial team.

Your new role
You will be involved in end-to-end secretarial matters such as preparing resolutions, ensuring compliance towards relevant regulations, providing secretarial advise etc. You will also be required to liaise with relevant stakeholders from multi-jurisdiction whenever necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need at least 5 years of experience, as well as:
  • (preferred) ICSA/LS/MACS
  • (bonus) experience handling multi-jurisdiction secretarial matters
