The company is a large listed player in the construction and real estate industry with multiple commercial and residential development projects across the Klang Valley region.

Your new role
You will be an assistant manager of the corporate secretarial team handling a wide array of corporate secretarial responsibilities from the preparation of corporate documents and announcements, to coordinating board and committee meetings including the drafting the of minutes. You will be preparing directors resolution and ensuring compliance with the SSM regulations of the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 5 years of corporate secretarial experiences
  • Previous management firm experiences are advantageous
  • MAICSA license is required
  • Bursa listing announcement experience needed
  • Good stake holder management
