Your new role
As a Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance, your key responsibilities include;
- Evaluate corporate proposals and investment opportunities
- Assist in IPO listing process
- Involve in corporate finance exercises from fund raising to M&A projects; liaising with investment banks, rating agencies, Sukuk bond, auditors, lawyers, tax agents and other advisors.
- Undertake financial modelling on existing business and potential new investments
- To perform a range of analysis that will include peers benchmarking, key financial ratios, comparative valuation and sensitivity on different scenarios of a transactions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, recognized Degree in Economic, Finance, Accountancy/ professional qualification i.e CFA
- At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, investment banking or advisory firm
