They are currently going through massive expansion and looking for Assistant Manager - Strategy & Operations to expand their team. They are dedicated to their clients’ journey in attaining world-class operations with the practice of turning strategy into practical business and commercial outcomes.
Your new role
- Support the development of points of view on business challenges, including publication and presentation of thought
- Support client excellence programme to identify, develop and extend client relationships
- Enjoys working in multi-stakeholder environment
- Led/played core role in projects in one of the following areas - design and implement process improvement/ supply, chain strategy, operating model optimisation / design, cost optimization, Shared Services, network design and optimization, supply chain planning and management processes
- Supply chain risk and sustainability
What you'll need to succeed
- Min 5 years of Shared Services/Supply Chain Management/Business Process Improvement/Consulting experience preferably in Financial Services or Industrial/Consumer Goods sector, Energy & Natural Resources
- Collaborative team player, work well with others, but also autonomously with little direction
- Superior analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Possesses a University degree in relevant fields.
- Fluent English
