Looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager, RM10k to be based in Johor

Your new company
This company is one of the biggest manufacturer when it comes to bakery goods. Having had presence worldwide, they are currently rapidly expanding their operations as the demand from their products have skyrocketed. They are currently looking for an Assistant Maintenance Manager to join the growing business!

Your new role
You will be in charge of taking care of all aspects within the plant's facilities and electro-mechanical troubleshooting. You will also need to take care of a team and delegate tasks accordingly. Aside from that, you will also initiate strategies and improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel & equipment.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Food / FMCG Manufacturing Background
  • Hands on experience with Maintenance
  • Hands on experience with PLC Troubleshooting
  • Leadership Experience & People Management
