This company is a well-known manufacturing organization with growing presence across the region. They are looking for a fast-paced HR practitioner to join their team in Nilai, up to 9k.

Your new role
This role will be a hands-on generalist, working alongside a team covering end-to-end HR operations. Your main responsibilities will be payroll, compensation & benefits, HR system management, industrial relations and more. You will also collaborate with your manager to automate HR processes from the existing manual way of working, continuous improvement will be key.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a HR generalist, able to multitask
• Strong understanding in C&B, payroll and HRIS
• To be comfortable working in a fast-paced plant environment
