Your new role
  • You will design and implement local strategy for the business, based on General Management guidelines.
  • You'll establish and monitor goals for the business’s local strategy, analysing deviations and developing corrective action-plans (if required) in order to achieve the established goals
  • You will plan the business’s annual budget, including financial and personnel requirements and achieve established goals with efficient working-teams
  • You'll design, propose and direct marketing strategy and sales / commercial policy in accordance with corporate strategy and collaborating with different functions
  • You will be in management of product portfolio

What you'll need to succeed

  • Good knowledge of aesthetics market and strong network in both Dermatologists and Aesthetic Dr channels
  • You will have strong business and industry understanding and a strong background in optimising sales and portfolio management.
  • You will ideally have at least 3 years of relevant sales management within pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Life Science or Marketing.
