Our client is the leading infrastructure and property developer with operations in Asia and the Middle East Regions currently in search for a Head of Human Resource and Admin. This role is to plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of the company to maximise the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, HR policies, employee relations and regulatory compliance.
This role works closely with the Corporate HR focus on strategic HR practice and program alignment, to support the roll-out of strategic HR initiatives and to provide regular reports on progress and contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritise, and build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes covering multiple entities and projects with the organisation
You need to have at least 10 years of generalist Human Resource experience with minimum 3 years of solid experience in talent management, talent development, and succession planning.
