This fast paced and exciting global multinational is currently looking for a training and development manager to develop and lead the Training, Coaching and Talent plans to ensure the employee have the skills they need to do their job. This role to ensure processes and tools are well used and implemented across the business. Responsible in the delivery of training and talent plans with the right solutions to deliver the business plans and operating model. The training and development manager will need to coach and develop the leadership capability of senior leadership team.
To be considered for this position you need a minimum of 8 years experience in training and development role essentially in a MNC environment with total management experience, of which at least 3 years is in HR Managerial capacity.
